Also I finally got to chat with the kid down the street from me who also has a Dart 1.4 since he stopped in for an oil change and installation of wheel spacers. I finally got to ask him which bolt ons he went with. K&N Typhoon CAI, Flowmaster exhaust, MPX struy bar (which I may ot may not be getting for xmas) and now the wheel spacers. He's also giving me his drop in K&N filter, so a shout out and special thanks to him for that.

Also, there's another Dart 1.4 in for an oil change with Boston Celtics stickers and pkate frames. Seems my car has a rival now.

Well he wants to lower it. Stuff like that is beyond my auto knowledge, but the blue lug nuts he got with it are pretty cool.

Aren't they hideous? I saw a different set on a truck that was in for service and they looked much better than this style, but they both have those fake lug nuts around the outside. These have been selling really well when we put them on the showroom trucks, which is what these ones are for.

Without doubt, I bet they make trucks sell like hot cakes.

Some of my buddies dig the XD Series, but I dislike em. I have a strict ratio (that I'm breaking on my truck right now) of half tire, half rim. So on 16s you should be on 32" tires or higher.

I have yet to see a pair of XDs look remotely good even when adhering to my ratio, they're just too DUB-like.

Yeah they're way too DUBish for my tastes. I like factory wheels personally. I looked these up for my car and they want $266 a wheel. I guess I'm stuck going aftermarket or EBay.

I'm with you on that one, I like OEM wheels. Little to no complications.

I have a whole set of Black FJ Trail Teams on my Tacoma and I think it looks pretty good. Depending on how crazy my mods get, I might get beadlocks, but that's just unnecessary at this point.
